Song Writing Classes

 Minnix Music Songwriting Class is back. It starts April 6th at 7PM. Come and find a songwriting partner, get some feedback on your songs, and learn new techniques to help you write songs!

Minnix Music offers songwriting classes for people who want to know more about writing songs, or for those who want to hone their craft, or for people who just love songs and want to know how they are created.

Each class is an informal one time class that covers a different topic each week. You do not need to sign up for weeks of classes, just come when you can. Each class is only $15 for an hour long class.

Topics that have been covered include: how to write a chorus, song structure, Bob Dylan, how to write a convincing hook, how to sell and market your songs, how to write a pop song, how to write a hymn, how to write a song, when you don't play an instrument, how to know if your song is good, etc.
